Our Story

Hi, I am Katie. I grew in up in California where I was lucky enough to play college ball, become a young entrepreneur and a role model to my sisters.  After college, I started my own family and moved to beautiful Bend, Oregon in 2004. I have three awesome children, Breana, Haley and AJ that I have coached and mentored to become amazing contributors to life.  I enjoy bowling, golfing, hiking, fishing, Sunday barbeques and spending time with my boyfriend Rick and our family. We love to travel, spend time with friends, explore and try new things.

I have over 25 years experience in Sales and Leadership.  I have had two very successful careers in real estate and staffing, starting in sales, moving to leadership and being selected as the Performance Coach for a large staffing organization. I like to believe that I bring passion in all that I do, I elude energy and inspires others through leading by example.   BOSS Coaching and Consulting was inspired by my journey but created for you.  Everyone needs a coach. Even the best of the best! I know the results having the right coach can have on your business and success!  Having someone to challenge you, inspire you, plan with you, hold you accountable and cheer you on through victory and growth!
